Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how Highly Distinguish Pty Ltd (ABN 70 651 431 677) ("we", "us") handles personal information. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- When you contact us — your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us in your message or call.
- When we work with you — information about your business, your staff and the technology you use, so we can deliver our services.
- Your clients' information — we ask clients not to send us their own clients' personal information. If it's genuinely needed for a piece of work, we will agree with you in writing what is shared and how it is handled.
